GEO International Management LLC (GEO) is a Texas-based HUBZone management consulting and contracting firm with a diverse array of capabilities and experience. Established primarily as an environmental engineering and consulting firm in 2003, GEO has grown its capabilities and offerings over the past 12-years to provide a diverse array of both consulting and project delivery services across a broad market space, meanwhile maintaining certification and business contribution within the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone area in which it is located.

Philip J. Gomez - President

As President and General Manager, Mr. Gomez provides leadership for the organization’s growth and performance at its highest professional level. Mr. Gomez has held the title of President since founding GEO in 2003. He leverages decades of experience creating and leading analytical, strategic, and environmental programs to solve clients’ increasingly complex challenges.

Mr. Gomez delivers a broad base of knowledge in science and technology innovation coupled with expertise in policy, growth, and business strategy. His experience also includes preparation/evaluation of project specifications, project bid cost preparation/evaluation, review and preparation of work plans, and proposal management involving remedial action. Mr. Gomez also implements and monitors GEO’s budget, monitors the quality of the company’s services and ensures maximum client satisfaction.

Benito Cortina – Program Manager

As Program Operations Manager for GEO’s environmental services division, Mr. Cortina leverages his twenty-two (22) years of experience and knowledge to provide risk mitigation and surety for both private and public sector clients, and has served GEO in this capacity since 2007. Benito holds asbestos and mold consultant credentials in the State of Texas and works with clients to innovatively solve challenging environmental and waste disposition problems that yield compliant projects that mitigate risk cost-effectively and within schedule.

In addition to leading mold and asbestos work for GEO, Mr. Cortina leads all Phase I, II, and III Environmental Surveying work as well as Industrial Hygiene and air monitoring/indoor building quality work. Mr. Cortina is well versed in working with architects and engineers in providing environmental system construction reviews and plans.

Tom Ditri – Director, Strategic Consulting

In support of environmental consulting and execution projects and programs, GEO employees and affiliates are highly-trained and experienced in environmental audits/assessments, asbestos/lead management, industrial hygiene, workplace safety and hazard evaluation, underground storage tank engineering, geology and hydro geologic services, indoor air quality and noise evaluations, and hazardous waste management and remedial design.

Similarly, GEO employees and affiliates supporting construction, engineering, specialty contracting, site work, research and development, real estate and privatization markets, and oil and gas industry projects are equally specialized in their trades and bring experience, longevity, and proven success to the table in support of GEO’s leadership and directive.
